My Skincare routine

Hey guys!

So as promised as a bit of a shake up I'm doing my skin care routine. I don't use a lot of high end products for this so my skincare should be really affordable for you guys!

First in the morning. When I get up I wash my face in lukewarm water using a clean facecloth and I pat it dry with another clean cloth. Before putting on my make-up I like to use the Garnier Wake me up! for dull skin. This is a moisturizer in a gel form. It also works as a primer and serum. I use my index and middle fingers to sweep it around my skin. Following I put on an actual primer. I use the Isadora primer and the put on the days makeup.

I think removing your makeup properly is the most important thing.  I always remove my make up properly after coming home. I love to use the Simple Micellar water. This has no colours or fragrances so it is really kind to skin. This removes makeup and cleanses at the same time. I put this on one of those round cotton pad thingies and wipe it all over my race. Don't vigorously rub it as that hurts the skin. You don't have to rinse this off.  I remove the heavy makeup using this and to get the makeup left behind I use a charcoal cleanser. This is called Biore and it works miracles. I just adore it. Biore just gets all the make up I left behind out. Once that is washed off I moisturize my skin using a gentle mosturiser. I LOVE the Vichy  Aqualia Thermal  Night Spa cream gel. It is for really sensitive skin like mine. I don't think is advertised as a moisturizer but I treat it like one. It also comes in one for during the day which is light and lasts for 48 hours. I got a few testers of that and I really like it. I do not moisturize  my nose or chin as that is where all the oil is on my nose and I don't want it to produce anymore!!

My neighbour makes soap from goats milk and she gives me two different types: Charcoal and porridge oats. Believe it or not porridge oats are great. Women going back hundreds of years used them for clear skin so I said I'd give them a try. If you can get your hands on soaps like those I really would recommend them as they really do work great.

My skin is super sensitive so all the products I have mentioned above so not hurt my skin or damage it so they should work for you. I have really really oily skin so that is why charcoal is mentioned so frequently.

If you want me to talk about any products I've mentioned don't hesitate to leave a comment.

Tell your friends about the blog please. I'd like to gain some popularity and I will see you guys here soon! I will make a detailed post about how I remove my make up properly again but for now.

See you guys later!!!
Claire.
